Insider’s Training

We can help build a corporate team.  We’ll get employees excited about training together for run races or triathlons in and around NYC.  We’ll help design team uniforms with company logo and colors; coach sessions and organize work outs; and keep athletes (and aspiring athletes) excited about fitness.  This can also be a terrific community outreach opportunity to raise money for a favorite charity.  Employees will bond; and the office will be filled with the buzz of camaraderie.

Lunchtime Lectures. Brown bag or catered conference room lectures and Q & A.
We will help educate employees, board members, and executives about leading healthy lives. We will provide insight into incorporating more physical activity and exercise into their daily routines. Also we can offer nutritional tips that will help with weight loss, healthy weight management, lowering cholesterol, and enjoying more energy, alertness, focus, and positive attitude.

Yoga, meditation, and gentle movement classes

Employees don’t even need to break a sweat. A pair of loose pants and a t-shirt is all they’ll need, and we’ll take a mid-day reprieve to balance the body and the mind. The afternoon will be so much more pleasant and productive.

Fitness Facility Design and Management

No matter what size your space is, we can help you purchase or lease the equipment you need to provide your employees a place to work out. The equipment will be maintained and fitness staff will be available to
help with the exercises.

Wellness Retreats

 We can help you plan your next leadership retreat. A management team that’s fit will motivate all employees to be healthier. We will add fun physical activities to the busy days’ events to keep the attendees alert, motivated, and feeling like a team.

E-Newsletters

Employees can receive brief, animated, weekly newsletters giving advice and guidance on how to stay healthy — keep holiday goodies under control, fun activities with family and friends all year, good calories vs. bad calories, exercise-of-the week, healthy recipes, chair exercises and stretches, breathing techniques to deal with stress, and many, many more topics that can help employees stay tethered to a healthy lifestyle.
